Seabron Leads the Way with 25 Points
The New Orleans Pelicans overcame a 15-point deficit to defeat the Sacramento Kings 127-117 on Sunday night. Dereon Seabron led the way for the Pelicans with 25 points, while Malcolm Hill added 22 points and Larry Nance Jr. had 20 points and 10 rebounds. Brandon Ingram also had a solid night with 18 points and 7 rebounds.
Pelicans Overcome Slow Start
The Pelicans started the game slowly, falling behind 32-17 after the first quarter. However, they chipped away at the lead in the second quarter and trailed by just five points at halftime. In the third quarter, the Pelicans took their first lead of the game and never looked back.
Seabron Shines in Fourth Quarter
Seabron was particularly impressive in the fourth quarter, scoring 10 points and helping the Pelicans close out the game. He was 4-of-6 from the field in the quarter and also hit two free throws.
Pelicans Improve to 10-9
With the win, the Pelicans improved to 10-9 on the season. They are now in sixth place in the Western Conference standings. The Kings fell to 8-11 with the loss and are now in ninth place in the Western Conference.
